EQUI launched ICO for early adopters who want to support our vision. Our token sales will enable accelerated technical development and all other business aspects, including additional infrastructure and personnel.

A pre-sale will run from 1 March to 8 March 2018. A minimum investment level of $ 100,000 is required to participate in pre-sales.

Public ICOs will run from 8 March to 31 March 2018. A minimum investment level of $ 100 will apply to public ICOs, subject to participants who comply with guidelines.

Token Distribution

The distribution of EQUItokens focuses on creating long-term value for investors:

65% of tokens will be publicly available through pre-sales and ICO processes.

12% will be distributed to EQUI Founder, with a key period of six months.

Unchecked Token

If one of the tokens allocated for public sale remains unsold at the end of the ICO, 50% will be shared with the ICO participants on a pro-rata basis. The remaining 50% will be redistributed to EQUI and will be used to support future investment projects.

This structure protects investors by allowing only those who participate in ICO to receive a reversed free token, helping to control price speculation.
